The primary challenge in contemporary Arabic education is the lack of accessible and collaborative digital resources essential for communicative competence, as traditional systems often fail to facilitate meaningful interaction among students.Utilizing the R&D approach (ADDIE model), this study designed MABBAR, a web-based platform integrating collaborative tools (e.g., peer review, group forums). The research involved expert validation and usability testing to assess its feasibility and practicality.The results of the material expert validation showed that the MABBAR application obtained an average score of 5.00, categorized as "highly feasible." Media expert validation, with an average score of 4.86, also indicated that the display and features met good standards. Product trials involving 39 IX grade students yielded a positive response, with 96.64% agreeing that MABBAR effectively enhanced their motivation and comprehension of Arabic.
