تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تصميم برنامج تعليمي للغة العربية يركز على مناسك الحج والعمرة، بهدف تعزيز التواصل وتحسين مستوى الخدمة. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم تحليل احتياجات التواصل لدى الحجاج ودراسة استخدام اللغة في السياقات اليومية. أظهرت النتائج ضرورة تعزيز المفردات العربية العملية التي تخص الحج والعمرة، بالإضافة إلى أهمية تدريب العاملين على تطبيق اللغة العربية بشكل فعّال في الأبعاد المهنية والثقافية، مما يساهم في تحسين تجربة الحجاج وتعزيز مستوى الخدمة المقدمة
