This study aims to analyze the academic curriculum of the Doctoral Program in Arabic Language Education at Malang State University, developed in accordance with Permendiktisaintek Number 39 of 2025. The doctoral program faces three main challenges: digital transformation and Industry 4.0, which are changing the educational landscape; the complexity of contemporary issues in Arabic language education, which require a multidisciplinary approach; and the latest regulatory requirements emphasizing national academic standards and quality assurance. This study employs a descriptive-analytical library-based method by developing curriculum comprises 52 credit units distributed across six semesters, focusing on collaborative research, multi-transdisciplinary approaches, and the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) framework. The study results indicate that this curriculum is designed to produce graduates capable of generating original, validated scientific knowledge, leading the scientific transformation of Arabic language education in the digital era, and contributing significantly to the development of the scientific field at both national and international levels.
