الهدف من هذا البحث هو تطوير وسيلة الهزلية العربية لترقية مهارة قراءة الطلاب في الصف السابع بمدرسة المعارف نهضة العلماء ۲ المتوسطة الإسلامية سوطاجايان بليتار .استخدم البحث نوعًا من البحث والتطويري بنموذج ADDIE الذي تتكوّن من 5 مراحل، وهي التحليل والتصميم والتطوير والتنفيذ والتقييم و عينته يبلغ ۲۸ طالبًا. وكانت تقنيات جمع البيانات في هذا البحث هي الملاحظة والمقابلة والاختبار والاستبيان والتوثيق. في حين أن تقنيات تحليل البيانات المستخدمة هي اختبار المعيارية، واختبار العينة المزدوجة t- ، واختبار الفرضية.
أثبتت نتائج هذا البحث أن هناك تأثيرًا معنويا على نتائج تعلم الطلاب. ويظهر ذلك من نتائج اختبار الفرضية التي أجريت باستخدام اختبار العينة الى مزدوجة t-test بشرط أن تكون القيمة الدالة أقل من ٠,٠٥، وفقًا لنتائج اختبار الفرضية التي تم الحصول عليها من المعروف أن قيمة =(2tailed) sig 0,001 < 0,05، إذن, استخدام وسيلة الهزلية العربية له تأثير و أكثر فعالا لترقية مهارة القراءة لدى الطلاب.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to determine the effectiveness of Arabic comics in improving the reading skills of seventh-grade students at the Nahdlatul Ulama 2 Islamic Middle School in Sutojayan, Blitar. The study used a research and development approach based on the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The sample consisted of 28 students. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, tests, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were normality testing, double t-test, and hypothesis testing.
The results of this study proved that there is a significant effect on student learning outcomes. This is evident from the results of the hypothesis testing conducted using the double t-test, provided that the function value is less than 0.05. According to the results of the hypothesis testing obtained, it is known that the value of sig(2tailed) is 0.001 < 0.05. Therefore, the use of Arabic comics has a significant and effective impact on improving students' reading skills.
